Tochal resort
Tochal is a popular ski resort for Tehran's residents and foreign guests of Iranian capital. A gondola lift, named Tochal Telecabin runs from Tehran (Velenjak district) to the Tochal Ski Resort and the modern Tochal Hotel.

Average prices: single room from 50 up to 70 USD, double (twin) room from 75 up to 95 USD. The ski pass includes in the price of the room. And maybe breakfast)) not sure
Also it's easy to find hotel inside Tehran. If you r looking for cheap accomodation, you can stay also in Asia hotel.

Average prices: 40 USD for double with shower in the room (50 usd with extra bed).
I have the feedback from guys who stayed there, and they say that for low budget it's clean, safe and comfortable place. AND IT'S RIGHT OPOSITE TO THE UNDERGROUND STATION.

Dizin resort
Dizin ski amenities include two hotels, 19 cottages and 5 restaurants, villas and private apartments. Around the Dizin ski resort accommodate thousands of people every year. (wikipedia) That's true!!!
My friends stayed few days in DIZIN HOTEL and the price for room (3 beds) was 95 USD. But, first of all, when they called to the hotel smbody said that the price for one room is 100$)).....

Shemshak resort

The Shemshak Hotel: (Located along the main road from the ski field, about 400m downhill and up a set of icy steps), ☎ +98 221 3552260 / +98 221 3552261 (fax: +98 221 3552912). checkout: 2:00 pm. Prices may be somewhat negotiable in quieter times, but bookings are advised, especially if you intend to secure one of the only two single rooms. The hotel's service seems to vary depending on whom is on duty. Single 27 USD, Twin 40 USD (WIKITRAVEL).

Darbandsar resort
Usualy, if you can ski in Dizin, SHemshak and Tochal, you woudn't ski in Darbandsar.....the slope is not so nice, as Dizin's one..... this resort located on the way from Tehran to Shemshak and Dizin...and as usual, borders stay in Tehran or Shemshak, if they wanna try the Darbandsar's powder.
